We encourage applications from students across all fields of study. A specialized committee within US Catheter Supplies will evaluate all submissions and select the recipient.
Employees and relatives of US Catheter Supplies are not eligible to apply.
Scholarship Award:
The chosen recipient will be granted a $1,000 scholarship award. This financial backing is designed to ease the strain of educational costs, empowering the recipient to concentrate on their studies and chase their academic aspirations.

Jacey’s Poem:
I couldn’t move my muscles; trying to figure it out was far beyond my child’s mind.
What could have caused this, and what would the doctors have found?
Post-Streptococcal Autoimmune Sequelae is what they told me
The pain was everywhere, from my head to my toes; my elbows and my knees were all exposed.
Medication for an entire year was the only answer.
I was with a team of nurses that handled me with care,
Comforting me and helping me so that I wouldn’t be scared.
Twelve years later, I am sure of one thing.
I will become a nurse so that I can help someone else as they did me-
Helping some other child so they can feel at ease.
